3. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Upon successful payment, access to the purchased course or test series is granted immediately (typically within a few minutes)
• Purchased content remains accessible for the validity period stated at the time of purchase

4. Refund and Cancellation

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to download, redistribute, or resell our course content
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download platform content

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, test questions, and study material on the Platform are the intellectual property of Aksharam Educations and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Coins and Rewards

Coins earned through the Platform (via daily login, test completion, quiz battles, or referrals) hold no real-world monetary value outside the Platform and can only be redeemed toward course/test series purchases within the Platform, as permitted by our current features.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy in all test content and study material, we do not guarantee specific examination outcomes or results. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis for preparation purposes.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, including sharing of credentials or fraudulent payment activity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
