• Payment information: Processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers
• Device information: Push notification tokens, app version, device type (for mobile app users)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process payments for courses and test series via Razorpay
• To send you relevant notifications (test results, current affairs, exam reminders)
• To improve our courses and platform based on usage patterns
• To respond to your support requests

3. Payment Data

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on our servers. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:

• Razorpay, for payment processing
• Firebase (Google), for push notifications and app analytics
• Law enforcement, only when legally required to do so

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted password storage (BCrypt hashing), HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, and JWT-based authentication to protect your account.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by visiting our Account Deletion page. Order and payment records may be retained in anonymized form as required for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

Our Platform is intended for users preparing for competitive government examinations and is not directed at children under 13.
